		<description>My favorite way to check if an egg is hard-boiled or not is still the classic &quot;spin&quot; technique.  If you try and spin an egg like a top and it spins, it&#039;s hard-boiled.  If not, just don&#039;t try cracking it on your forhead or something.</description>
