People in the Bay are always looking for the next new slang word. So the Hyphy movement itself didnt lose steam - it evolved. Now it's the GO Movement. As evidenced by 40 Water's "Tell Me When to Go". But it's still all about scrapers and going 18 - Yadda-i-mean?!$%?.
