Dogs + toads = drool.

Last summer my cojack (welsh Corgi/Jack Russel) pup decided to catch a toad. Much to her chagrin, it was not as tasty as the mouse she caught previously. Copious amounts of drool and lolling tongue were the result. I believe she may have learned a lesson about eating what she finds scurrying around outside. It was nothing that water an a milk-bone couldn’t fix, but quite funny to watch.

BTW, the toad fully recovered from minor injuries as I saw it several times in the garden over the summer.

Quit it. You’re not the only person that understands the meaning of those words, quit trying to establish your superiority by using words you don’t think anyone understands. I haven’t read your blog and therefore cannot truly make a substantial statement but I must admit without the earlier context you are referring to your statement makes no sense.

Kermit appeared melancholy and self effacing for the simple reason that he was struggling with an existential dilema as recently revealed in his remake “It’s Not Easy Being Being.”

The frog has been in turmoil about pantheism vs. panentheism, as recently revealed on my blog. He appreciates your noting his melancholy and hopes for a kinder, gentler America where he will no longer be taken for a clown.
