The Subjectivity of Wine. When it comes to taste, you may know just as much as the experts!

Beware! T-Mobile Owns the Color Magenta. Really, can they do that?

  1. It’s a little misleading to say “T-Mobile owns the color magenta.” They have trademarked the color with respect to its use in telecommunications. This is a really common practice, so it shouldn’t be a shocker. They can really do that.

  2. Does anyone really care when millionaires are robbed of millions of dollars in jewels? I know I don’t. Sometimes, although theft is wrong, there is never sympathy to be had for the robbed.

  3. … the link to the diamond heist takes you to December 2006 MF archive. Is that correct?

  4. Not exactly. Thanks, micx, I fixed it!

  5. Well, I am quite the connoisseur of wines. My favorite being the Franzia Chillable Red in the 5 liter box. Sometimes it has a more hint of vanilla to it than other times. I get every last drop by dismantling the box, removing the bag and cutting a notch in it to drain it.
