My list does make me look like a shameless consumer- maybe I am?

Trader Joe's
Old Navy ($5 tank tops)
Honda (nearly 40 mpg)
Sony (who else makes purple computers?)
Starbucks (consistent)
New Belgium (Fat Tire)
Taco Bell
Nordstrom (for shoes)

I like to avoid brand loyalty as a rule, just because it allows me to try new things more often. But of course there are some well tested/high quality brands that have found a way into my daily life no matter what. They have earned a place in my heart.

Bic lighters
Zippo lighters
Camel Cigarettes
Rhoto V eye drops (AMAZING)
Waters Chromotography products (for the working scientist)
Express jeans
Old Spice
Diet Lipton Green Tea
Google
Samsung cell phones
Windows
Dunkin Donuts
Long Trail ale
Magic Hat
Camden, NJ Crack-cocaine (just kidding)
Anything with Teflon/stain resistance

I used to be quite loyal to Nintendo (since NES days), but the gamecube has kept me from getting or even wanting a Wii. I avoild Apple because I think the iPod/iPhone should have a replacable battery and that Apple intentional avoids it so people will buy one every 1-2 years.

Porto Rico Imports !!!

I love these folks! They sell fine coffee & teas of the world along with mugs and other coffee/tea paraphenalia.

They are family owned and operated and have been in business since 1907. They have only three locations (all in NYC) but have a website (www.portorico.com) where you can order anything they sell in the stores.

They are the only coffeehouse I know of that sells organic, fair trade, bird-friendly coffees at a reasonable price (about $7/pound).

Call me crazy, but I won't buy my coffee anywhere else. And for the holidays, I usually buy about 10 pounds to give as gifts.

Well I couldn't help but chime in when I saw the photo of the Nintendo controller. We've actually had 4 people get MyFreeImplants.com tattooed on their body as a testament to the life changing experience they enjoyed by using our website. It's an amazing feeling to have that big of an impact on someones life.

- Sony (camera, cell phone and new computer I'll be purchasing soon)
- Creative (mp3 player)
- Jif Extra Crunchy peanut butter
- Jimmy John's Sandwiches
- Bedhead Brunette Goddess shampoo & conditioner
- Volkswagen (still on my first one, but really think it will become a brand affinity)
- Hiland chocolate milk
- Tia Rosa Thin Tortilla Chips
- Oral B Pulsar toothbrush
- Degree deodorant
- Burt's Bees
And I also share the anti-affinity for Starbucks, so I guess I have an affinity for independent coffee shops.
