It’s just like the Grim Reaper says: you only get one chance to make a last impression, so you’d better start planning your parting words now! In this darkly comic, toe-tappin’ cautionary tale — mental_floss’ first-ever bona-fide cinematical production — Death himself highlights some of history’s strangest, funniest and most unintentionally ironic last words … Broadway-style! When George V was ill his physician told him “Your Majesty will soon be well enough to visit Bognor!”
“Bugger Bognor,” said the King. And died.

Great stuff, although whoever was responsible for Dylan Thomas’s Welsh accent should be shot!!
It was a valiant attempt but ended up akin to a Scottish Dick Van Dyke.
Keep up the good work

Very Funny,
Don’t forget Union Army general John Sedgwick. At the battle of Spotsylvania Court House when told to take cover from Confederate sharpshootes he replied, “They couldn’t hit an elephant at this distance.” Any guesses to what he died from

I like the Oscar Wilde one: Either that wallpaper goes, or I do. Or Bogart: I should never have switched from Scotch to Martinis.
