Hey Jim. Not as easy as you thought. The technically correct answer would include the Kansas City-Omaha Kings for a few (I believe 3) years, but more importantly, the franchise started in the pre-NBA days in Rochester and even won the 1950-51 NBA championship as the Rochester Royals.
