Just over a year ago, I met up with some Internet friends in Scotland (I know, truly geeky). One of the girls who lives there got some Black Pudding. I tried it and was amazed. It’s really good! About all you taste is the spices, anyway.

Corned beef and cabbage… reminds me of family reunions, where my uncle Lynn would eat so much cabbage that auntie Pat would have to send him into one of the upstairs bedrooms to have a lie-down.

We have black pudding in South America too but they are called morcillas. You should really give them a try before you call them disgusting. They are DELICIOUS!

I love matzo ball soup…I eat maybe 4-5 in my bowl, they are about golf ball sized…after that, they will stop you up for a LONG time…I don’t envy the dude who won that contest at all…
