She's fallen and she definitely can't get up
Check out this smart ad I saw at TheCellar. The 4-color decal has been placed at the bottom of Canadian staircases and escalators to look like a fallen woman from a distance, but upon closer inspection it's actually an ad for First Aid classes from the Red Cross. The details on the cell phone and all the use of shadows are particularly convincing. Very clever.
