Say it, don't spray it

Is he the next Jackson Pollock, or an artist whose legacy will prove as ephemeral as his liquid "paintings"? Only time will tell. For now, though, spit artist Albert Reyes is something of an outsider art celebrity, and his unique skill -- drawing on pavement with bottled water or, preferably, jug wine dribbled from his mouth -- is attracting a lot of attention.
Of course, Reyes' art is a public display that's always attracted attention, from curious onlookers willing to give him spare change, or disgusted passers-by who mistake him for a transient being voluminously sick on the sidewalk. His art usually evaporates by morning, so the only record we get to keep are photographs and videos, like this one:
