Man Steals Buses, drives them on routes, then returns them?
Boingboing's got a crazy story about 18-year old James Harris, who has been arrested for wearing a transit uniform, stealing Miami buses, and driving them along their routes only to return them at the end of the day with none of the fare gone!? Apparently, he's done this at least 3 times, and he's picked up and dropped off passengers on every incident. Is it art? Is there something nefarious going on? Or is James just looking for some voluntary work to put on his college resume?
