When Do You Un-Friend Someone?

1. I've just been told it's Delete-A-Friend Week (on Facebook). When do you decide to give someone the boot? Have you ever been confronted by that person later, either online or in person?

2. I'm working on a new regular feature called Three Books I Loved as a Child, where famous (or interesting) people will write about...well, you can probably figure it out from the title. Who should we (try to) get to contribute?
