If you thought this picture depicts truffles, candies or tiny cakes, you'd be forgiven for being wrong. What you're actually looking at is a whole table full of gourmet Jell-O shots.

While many people love these giggly alcoholic concoctions for their ability to mask the flavor of alcohol, My Jello Americans takes the humble booze treat to an entirely new and excitingly gourmet level. Recipes include coconut cake, red velvet cake, strawberry lemonade, flan, white wine sangria and more. The ingredient lists are impressive and the finished products are delightful, but they could certainly improve with the addition of ingredient quantities so us less-inspired folk could still follow along at home.
