Modern Uses for Morse Code

Have you ever wondered what place Morse Code has in our modern society? While this means of communication is largely ignored these days, it still survives in some of the strangest ways.

Take, for example, the Morse Code keyboard pictured above. It was invented earlier this year as a way to inspire people to learn and use the language. When plugged into any USB drive, it will automatically translate the beeps and pauses into letters that will appear on your screen.
