Water Painting: The Beautiful Art of Ebru

You probably used water colors back in school, but Ebru is nothing like the watered-down paints seen in so many elementary schools. Instead, it requires painting on the surface of the water with paints and water droppers. While the end result may be beautiful, Ebru just might be one of the only art forms that is even more stunning while it is being created, as you can see in this video:

It's also nice to see how the process, which seems so temporary, can be sealed in for the long term by adding a piece of paper to the equation.
