The Late Movies: Fennec Foxes

I posted a list of 14 of Your Dog’s Wild Relatives earlier this week. One of them is the Fennec fox, the smallest canine species of all. Some people keep them as pets, and of course, record them on video.

*

*
Eating Carrots
Scout enjoys his carrot slices! Yes, he's a carnivore, but your dog will eat practically anything at all, won't it?
*

This sequence highlights how small the fennec fox is. This is a normal-size house cat! However, the fox just wants to be left alone to eat his bedding.
*
Quiggly and Zoey
These two foxes live in a sanctuary after they didn't work out as house pets. As cute and small as they are, they are still exotic and wild animals and aren't at all like keeping a normal cat or dog.
