Lately, Monopoly has been on their game when it comes to making official versions based on pop culture. Just look at this Rick and Morty version, or this upcoming Queen board. Still, there are plenty of beloved staples that have yet to get the board game treatment. Iconic movie The Princess Bride may not have an official Monopoly game yet, but for now we can make do with this off-brand version, which has all the bells and whistles of the real deal.
To start a game of Princess Bride Opoly, first you need to pick your game piece. Choose between Buttercup, Westley, Inigo, Fezzik, or Vizzini. Next, you and your friends can start buying properties all over Florin. You start with cottages and eventually upgrade to castles. Some locations include ruins atop the cliff, Florin market, Miracle Max's house, and more. Tru Wuv and Inconceivable! cards are filled with quotes and references from the movie. Instead of jail, players need to watch out for the Pit of Despair.
