Though it's likely to be cringey, one of the most highly anticipated events in the upcoming final season of Game of Thrones is the moment when Jon Snow finds out who his parents are, and realizes that Daenerys Targaryen—the woman he loves ... and is sleeping with—is actually his aunt. How the pair will find out about their shared DNA and how they'll deal with the news are both pressing questions that we'll just have to wait to witness. But Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington did shed some light on how the revelation will affect their characters.

In an interview with TV Insider, Clarke confirmed that her character, Daenerys, will indeed learn about Jon’s parentage, which will put her “in an incredibly fragile place” as “Jon is her only safety left.”

Harington also weighed in on the situation, saying that Jon is "not the kind of person who can [knowingly] jump in bed with a relative.” (Tell that to Jaime and Cersei.)

Well, at least we now know for sure they’ll find out the truth. This puts a whole new spin on the “walk of shame.”
