When the Apple Watch debuts this April, it will join a tradition of stylish wrist-bound time-keeping that spans many hundreds of years. Pop Chart Lab's latest poster pays homage to that esteemed history of the wrist watch with a chronological compendium of 47 historically and aesthetically significant examples of laudable timepieces, starting with a Spherical Table Watch from 1530, leading up to, and including, the forth-coming Apple Watch. Standouts include the Rolex Submariner, the Audemeras Piguet Royal Oak and the Jaeger-LeCoultre Duometre, all rendered in impeccable detail.
