You don’t have to visit a coffee shop to get the perfect cold brew. With this kit from County Line Kitchen, you can easily make enough cold brew to last for days (depending on the extent of your caffeine addiction).

The kit comes with a durable mesh filter, a leak-proof lid, and a 2-quart mason jar. Best of all, it’s fairly affordable—this 2-quart set costs $27, while a 1-quart kit is only $20. The process is fairly straightforward—add your coarsely ground coffee to the filter and fill the jar with the desired amount of water. Then, allow the jar to steep overnight in the refrigerator and you'll have fresh cold brew the next morning.

You may need to experiment a little to get the proper water-to-coffee ratio for your taste—for some, it's 3:1 water to coffee, and for others, it's 4:1. Even then, you may want to cut it with water or milk when it's done. Steeping time is subjective, too. But with a little testing, you’ll soon be enjoying high-quality cold brew without the café price tag.
