While takeout is a great way to eliminate the stress of planning meals, ordering it time and time again can definitely be hard on the wallet. But Omaze would like to help with a contest where eight $500 Uber Eats gift cards are given out to some lucky winners. You don’t need to pay anything for a single entry into the contest, but a $10 donation will get you 100 entries, $25 will get you 250, $50 will get you 1000, and $100 will get you 2000. And the proceeds from these donations go to the International Medical Corps, an organization that provides emergency relief around the world.

Uber Eats is simple to use and the service is available in many cities across the globe. All you need to do is download the app and enter your address to see what restaurants use the service in your area. And all the payments are handled through the app, so there's no need to worry about having enough cash on hand to cover the meal and tip the delivery driver. Alongside offering a large variety of takeout options, using Uber Eats is also a great way to support local restaurants during the COVID-19 crisis, as many had to close their seating areas.

Even though two winning names have already been drawn, there are still six more gift cards up for grabs, which will be picked by Omaze in pairs once a week until the beginning of May. The final deadline to enter is May 5, and all the winners will be announced on or around May 20. You can try your luck by entering here.
