Steven Seagal's 'Bulletproof' Arizona Home Can Be Yours for $3.4 Million

If you’re renowned martial arts action star Steven Seagal, you may worry that someone might someday lay siege to your private residence. That’s the only explanation for why the actor’s home in Scottsdale, Arizona, boasts of an amenity you rarely see in real estate listings: bulletproof glass.
The property, which is located across 12 acres on Desert Mountain, is being offered for sale for $3.395 million by listing agents Julianna Eriksen and Bob Nathan of Engel & Völkers. At over 8000 square feet, Seagal’s property has four bedrooms, five baths, a guest house, and massive windows comprised of bulletproof material. Combined with its location in a guard-gated community, Carefree Ranch Homesteads, it would be difficult for home invaders to succeed.
It would almost certainly thwart Jean-Claude Van Damme, who once challenged Seagal to a fight while the two were attending a party at Sylvester Stallone’s house. The bout never materialized.
