Apple’s New AirPods Pro Are on Sale for Their Lowest Price Ever—Here’s Where To Get Them Before Black Friday

When it comes to shopping for holiday gifts, Apple AirPods Pro are at the top of most wish lists. But earlier this year, Apple released a new version of these popular earbuds to much acclaim from shoppers and tech experts alike. Now for a limited time on Amazon, you can get an early Black Friday deal on the new and improved version and snag them for their lowest price yet.
Originally $249, Apple’s new AirPods Pro with a MagSafe charging case were previously on sale earlier this month for $190, but are now at their lowest price ever at $159. This early Black Friday discount is significant considering this model was just released on October 18 and is expected to be one of the hottest items of the year. The older generation is also on sale—you can get a pair for $219, so you'll save the same amount of money, but stand to gain a lot more from this new version.

Both the old and new Apple AirPods Pro models come with silicone-tipped earbuds and water-resistance. One of the most notable differences between the two generations of AirPods Pro is that the newer model comes with a MagSafe-compatible charging case, which means you can place these 'buds near one of Apple's convenient wireless MagSafe charging pads ($32) and they'll stay securely in place, then start charging. If ambient sound modes are important to you, the new AirPods Pro have a distinct advantage over the also newly released Apple AirPods (3rd Generation), as the Pros deliver active noise-canceling and transparency modes, while the 3rd-Gens don't.
Though many people haven’t gotten their new pair of Pros yet, there are still early adopters who have been enjoying the new MagSafe charging feature. “[This is a] slight upgrade from original AirPod Pros because of the [MagSafe] charging. [Everything] else [seems to be the] same as last [generation,] but still great headphones and [I] love the noise [cancelation] feature!” one customer wrote.
