Back to the Future is Now a Monopoly Game

By Jake Rossen

Need to kill time before science perfects that working hover board that’s gotten the Internet’s collective hopes up? You can always commit to an endless game of Monopoly. But not just any Monopoly: Back to the Future Monopoly.
As part of the film’s 30th anniversary marketing push, Universal and Hasbro have partnered to give the board game a Marty McFly-endorsed makeover, with real estate like Doc’s Mansion, Café ‘80s, and the Clock Tower. They’ve even replaced the standard die-cast game pieces with the DeLorean, Marty’s sneakers, and the Hill Valley clock.
There's a noticeable lack of Huey Lewis, but we're buying it anyway. The $39.99 game hits stores September 30.
