Designer Anna Keville Joyce's art looks good enough to eat—and that's probably because it is. Using a plethora of delectable materials, the 28-year-old artist creates beautiful landscapes, animals, and buildings. Although the ingredients are often not immediately recognizable, Joyce places all the food she has used to create a given image around the plate for reference. For example, you might not guess that a flamingo was made from crushed up cereal, or that a telephone wire had been shaped from strips of of eggplant skin. The incredibly inventive artwork takes about six hours to create—but given its perishable nature—doesn't last long once it's finished.
