A hotel in Vermont will soon be offering patrons a road-to-table dining experience. On November 7, the Hotel Vermont, in Burlington, will host a fish and wild game supper called “Wild About Vermont.” The event will offer diners local vegetables paired with an assortment of regional meats donated by local hunters— walleye and lake trout, deer, bear, moose, and muskrat. Also included on the menu? Three kinds of fresh road kill, the Associated Press reports. Learn more about the quirky banquet in the segment above, which was produced by local NBC affiliate WPTZ.
