In space, no one needs to get up early to see the sunrise. British astronaut Tim Peake, who's on a six-month mission aboard the International Space Station, created this Vine of his view of the sunrise. He and the other space explorers on the ISS see this view every 90 minutes.

Yes, they see 16 sunrises in a 24-hour period—plenty of opportunities to get that one great shot of the illuminated horizon.
