School Janitor Transforms Fallen Snow Into Art

Semen Bukharin, a janitor at a school in Izhevsk, Russia, has some serious artistic chops. Utilizing the snow as a canvas, the custodian uses brooms and shovels to “paint” elaborate, large-scale pictures across the school’s grounds. Needless to say, Bukharin's frozen creations—which include horse-drawn buggies, safari scenes, and woodland creatures—put ordinary snowmen to shame. Check out a sampling of them below, or visit Bukharin's Instagram to view more wintry works.
