Japan's "With Everything Burger" Lives Up to Its Name

Nobody wants to drop $12 on a boring burger, but you have to be careful what you wish for. Kotaku reports that for a limited time only, Japanese fast food chain Lotteria is bringing back an old menu item that's sort of like every single menu item in one: the "With Everything Burger."
It all starts with a bun, but that's just about the only traditional part of this epic meal. Next comes a cheeseburger, a rib patty, a beef patty, a fried shrimp patty, lettuce, cabbage, ketchup, teriyaki sauce, a couple more ingredients, then topped off the other half of the bun for good measure. Kotaku shared images from Twitter that show what the burger looked like when it was available in the past (spoiler: nothing like the photo above).
This daring culinary feat will set you back 1350 yen ($12.30) and will surely render a week's worth of workouts useless. Mark your calendars to order the burger when it arrives on April 28, then free up the following few days for recovery.
