Hello Kitty, that hyper-stylized, block-headed character seen in thousands of licensed ventures, can now add one more product to her portfolio: a pop-up bakery. Travel + Leisure reports that the Hello Kitty Café will open at Irvine, California’s Irvine Spectrum Center on July 15, serving baked goods and drinks with an officially licensed theme.

Takeout pastries will be housed in appropriately adorable packaging:

Edible Hello Kitty ventures have previously included a restaurant in Hong Kong and a food truck that went on a shopping center tour, but the Café—housed in a pink shipping container—will be the first (semi) permanent installation in the United States.

When ordering among the Hello Kitty faithful, you might want to take care to remember that the character is not officially a cat. According to Sanrio, the company behind the faux-kitty, she’s a female cartoon that walks on two legs.
