For a Limited Time, Cubs Fans Can Order Chicago-Style Hot Dog Deep Dish Pizza

If the Windy City's two most iconic foods had a baby, it would look like Wrigley Field's latest food offering: the limited-edition Chicago-Style Hot Dog Deep Dish Pizza, which Eater reports will be sold at Cubs games from Friday, July 15 through Wednesday, July 20.

Giordano's and Vienna Beef teamed up to create the hybrid pie, a personal deep-dish cheese pizza topped with hot dogs and all the traditional Chicago-style fixings, including yellow mustard, chopped white onions, sweet pickle relish, a dill pickle spear, tomato slices, pickled sport peppers, and a hint of celery salt. (Rest assured, Chicago Dog purists: the tomato sauce doesn't officially "count" as ketchup.) The pizzas cost $10 per pie and were dreamed up in honor of National Hot Dog Month.
Whether this quirky combination makes you hungry or nauseous, you have to admit it's a pretty perfect way to show your Chi-Town pride.
