In 2011, The Vision Council of America, a nonprofit optical trade organization, reported that 75 percent of American adults use some sort of vision correction. Experts attribute this high number to the fact that so many of us stare at mobile phones, computers, and video games for hours, or spend our days in artificially lit rooms.

If you're a part of the 75 percent and you're not a fan of contacts (or you’re worried they’ll increase your risk of developing eye infections or corneal ulcers), opt for a pair of glasses—and make sure they’re flattering and stylish, to boot. Don’t know which styles look best with your face shape? Online eyewear retailer FramesDirect created the infographic below to help you choose the perfect frames.
