With his high-pitched bleeps and bloops, R2-D2 is one of the most beloved droids in the Star Wars films. But in a new video created by Zak Koonce and Craven Moorhaus of YouTube channel Auralnauts, the fictional robot gets a vocal makeover—and as a result, an entirely new personality. The duo took scenes from the 1977 edition Star Wars: Episode IV–A New Hope and dubbed over R2-D2’s inscrutable chirps, replacing them with a crisp British accent. See what he has to say (and how his 'tude changes) by watching the short film below.
