Le Creuset to Release Beauty and the Beast-Themed Cookware
The next time you’re singing “Be Our Guest,” it could be around a Disney-themed soup pot. Disney has teamed up with the French cookware experts at Le Creuset and Williams Sonoma to create a limited edition cast-iron pot that honors Beauty and the Beast.
The blue pot is decorated with red roses and has a knob that reads “Be Our Guest.” (No word yet on whether or not it comes to life with a musical interlude while you cook.) The original hand-drawn animated movie from 1991 is about to get a live-action remake starring Emma Watson, so this would be a good time to stock up on your kitchen supplies for that premiere party you're hosting.
Only 500 pots, sold for $280 each, will be available online and in stores. As part of the launch, Williams Sonoma locations around the U.S. are also hosting junior cooking classes with recipes inspired by the movie on March 4.
