Unwind With Footage of a Master Woodworker in Action
Developing the skills to transform a log into a perfectly smooth bowl takes years of diligence. Watching a video of a master woodworker carve one takes just 15 minutes, and it’s a lot less tiresome. Pat Laperrière has been uploading his mesmerizing woodworking content to YouTube since 2014. In this collaboration with the video production company Stereokroma, he uses a spinning lathe to sculpt a rugged log into a clean, simple bowl. The artistry he displays will make you think twice about taking your wooden home goods for granted.
