Mundane moments can be made into cinematic art, so long as they’re creatively edited and paired with the right music. While making the short video below, Austrian filmmaker and photographer Erwin Trummer heated up a saucepan, tossed in candies, and filmed the sticky results. Then, he reversed the footage and paired it with Antonio Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. The final result is equal parts culinary science experiment and college art film.
