Allison graduated from the University of Connecticut in May 2010 with a degree in journalism. Since then, she has been working toward a master’s in medical anthropology from University College London, a process that she’s nearly completed. She spends her spare time listening to music, teaching herself to cook, and looking forward to the day when she no longer has a dissertation to write.
