Best Beatles Track by State
Of course, there are some Beatles tracks that will always be remembered more than others. When it came to the movie Yesterday, there were particular songs that character Jack Malik picked right away. Then there were others that took him a little longer to figure out.
Well, it’s not surprising that certain songs are more popular across the United States. The 1970 track “Let It Be” quickly hit the top of the list by radio station 94.7 WCSX. It ranked at the top for 13 states, including Wisconsin, Ohio, and New Jersey.
Just behind it, with 11 states voting for it, was “Hey Jude,” which is certainly an unsurprising pick. It’s one of the songs used in Yesterday, which has its own joke rolling with it, thanks to Ed Sheeran. “Blackbird” then came in third place with nine states loving the song.
“Don’t Let Me Down” and “Yesterday” were followed with five states each choosing this song, while “Come Together” was the most popular in four states. The one trailing is “Here Comes the Sun,” which was popular in Washington, Kansas, and South Carolina.
The Beatles will always remain one of the top bands of all time, and they’ve occasionally released new music in the years after breaking up. The most recent was in 2023, which involved modern technology to create a sound never possible before. “Now and Then” was created, which allowed for voices of the past to come back.
