According to Peter Dinklage, his Game of Thrones character Tyrion Lannister has a perfect ending in the series' upcoming eighth and final season.

Yesterday, during the Los Angeles premiere of his HBO original movie, My Dinner with Hervè, Dinklage spoke to Entertainment Tonight about the Game of Thrones finale, briefly touching upon his feelings about Tyrion's end in the series and giving praise to the GoT writers and showrunners.

"There are no better writers in television than Dan Weiss and David Benioff," Dinklage said. "They ended it brilliantly. Better than I could have imagined and you people are in for it." In regard to Tyrion's fate, the actor said, "It ends beautifully for my character, whether it be tragic or not."

Although Dinklage didn't embellish on, or even hint at, exactly what's in store regarding this "beautiful" ending, according to ComicBook.com, Game of Thrones special effects producer Steve Kullback, may have leaked some major information about Tyrion's fate during the 2018 Creative Arts Emmys in September.

"We can't tell you in what episode Tyrion dies ... Or doesn't," Kullback said, and ever since, fans have been debating whether his addition of "or doesn't" was an attempt to save the leak or an intentional joke.

Even though we have to wait until next year to learn what happens to Tyrion and the rest of the Game of Thrones characters, we can't wait to see it all go down.
