If you’ve been looking to downsize, now is the perfect opportunity: Omaze, an online fundraising platform, is giving one lucky winner their very own tiny home. You can enter the contest once for free, or choose to pay for more entries—$10 will get you 100 entries, $25 will get you 250, $50 will get you 1000, and $100 for 2000. And the best part? The proceeds will go to PATH, an organization committed to ending homelessness.

Modern Tiny Living, a company based in Ohio that builds customizable, luxury tiny homes, will be designing the pint-sized abode. You can deck yours out with solar panels, a rooftop porch, and even a rock-climbing wall. The home can be up to a $100,000 value, and all the taxes will be covered, according to Omaze.

You might be on the fence about downsizing your living situation to move into a small space, but there are a lot of benefits to moving to a tiny home. Along with being able to save on the expensive upkeep that comes with a normal-size house, tiny homes can be hitched to a truck or loaded onto a trailer, so you're never stuck in just one place.

All entries are due by December 3, 2020, and the winner will be announced around December 23.
