If you've been looking to downsize in a big way, Omaze will give you a chance to do so with a new sweepstakes that will award one winner with a customizable tiny home worth $130,000. And to sweeten the deal, the donations you make to enter will help support a charity that fights poverty and homelessness.

The tiny home will be built by the Columbus, Ohio-based company Modern Tiny Living, which will also cover the taxes and shipping costs associated with transporting your new abode. In addition, you’ll be able to collaborate with Modern Tiny Living’s experts about designs, architectural style, interior furnishings, and more to create a home that is exactly how you want it.

Donations are not required to enter the sweepstakes; however, you'll have a better chance of winning if you contribute. When you donate $10, you’ll get 20 entries, $25 gets you 125, $50 gets you 500, $100 gets you 1200, and $150 gets you 2000.

Every donation supports the Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission. This non-profit’s goal is to eliminate homelessness, poverty, and hunger by providing hot meals, housing, and health services to those who need them. In addition, the organization will soon be opening the 107-bed Alex Trebek Center, a housing center in Los Angeles that was made possible thanks to charitable contributions from the late Jeopardy host and his wife, Jean.

Entries are open until Friday, March 25, 2022, and the winner will be announced around Wednesday, April 13, 2022. You can find out more here.
