Best Guns N’ Roses Songs of All Time
There are certainly some classics that you’ll remember more than others. “Welcome to the Jungle” and “November Rain” tend to stand out for most people. They’re the songs that are always played on the radio, and they helped to define the time period.
In fact, many fans believe “November Rain” is the best Guns N’ Roses song of all time. While it wasn’t released until 1992, there are stories of Axl Rose working on it for years, and it just shows that sometimes, taking your sweet time is just what is needed.
Did you know that when Butt-head imagines his own wedding day in Beavis and Butt-head, the wedding is straight out of the scene from the “November Rain” music video?
Then there’s “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” which is an absolute classic. It’s one of those songs that has been covered time and time again, and it was originally written by Axl Rose for his girlfriend Erin Everly.
“Estranged” is one that can’t be forgotten, but it is often overlooked. It was supposed to be the end of a trilogy, which started with “Don’t Cry” and then continued with “November Rain,” but he’d broken up with video co-star Stephanie Seymour at the time. What did he do to finish telling the story? How about swimming with dolphins?
