Out of the countless individuals who have met their demise on Game of Thrones, Lady Olenna Tyrell is one of the characters we will miss the most when the series returns for its final season. While she went out with a roar—getting the best of Jaime Lannister by revealing that she was the one responsible for the death of his son, King Joffrey—we still would have loved to see her matching wits with Cersei and mixing it up with Daenerys and her dragons in season 8. And Diana Rigg, the actress who played Lady Olenna, agrees.

In an interview with The Guardian, the 80-year-old actress confessed that she would have loved to keep playing the fan-favorite character. "It wasn’t my decision to have Lady Olenna killed off in Game of Thrones. I’d love to have stayed on,” she stated, before hilariously adding, “Thank God I didn’t die on a toilet like Charles Dance’s character.”

Rigg is, of course, referring to the actor behind Tywin Lannister, whose character saw his end in the season 4 finale at the hands of his own son, Tyrion. And yes, he was on the toilet when he was murdered. RIP, Tywin.
