In a perfect world, every item you ordered from Amazon would live up to the photo and description you saw online. Sadly, buyer's remorse is unavoidable in this day and age—especially when so many impulse purchases are just a few clicks away. Returning items to Amazon may be less convenient than buying them from your bed, but according to Lifehacker, the online retailer just made it slightly easier for customers living near a Kohl's or UPS Store.

If you opened a package from Amazon and didn't love it, just drop it off at UPS or Kohl's to have it returned. That's it. You don't need to worry about finding the original box, repackaging it, or printing out any special labels. The employees at your drop-off location will pack, label, and ship everything for you for free so you can get your refund with as little effort as possible.

There are a few steps you need to take online before taking advantage of the program. Head to Amazon’s Online Return Center, click the "Return Items" button, and select the item you wish to send back. When filling out your information, Amazon will ask you how you'd like to mail your return. Select either UPS or Kohl's as the drop-off location and Amazon will email a QR code you can show to the employee who takes care of your return.

The main caveat of the service is that not every item is eligible for it. When filling out your return form, Amazon will give you the option to drop it off at either Kohl's or UPS if your purchase qualifies. If not, you won't see it listed in the form.
