Sonoma County, California—with its world-class wineries and beautiful scenery—is a popular vacation destination. For the lucky candidate chosen to fill a new position at Murphy-Goode Winery, it will be their workplace. As CNN reports, the company is hiring someone to move to wine country and learn more about the business for a year.

Murphy-Goode's "A Really Goode Job" pays $10,000 per month and covers full rent in the town of Healdsburg in Sonoma County. For the first 90 days, the new hire will shadow Dave Ready Jr.—winemaker and the son of one of Murphy-Goode's confounders—around the vineyard to explore the world of winemaking. After that initial period, they will work with the business to come up with a more specific role based on their interests.

The main qualification for the job is a passion for all things wine. In the job listing [PDF], Murphy-Goode asks for someone who "answers 'yes, please' when someone asks you 'red or white'" and whose "preferred Swiss Army knife is a wine key."

The job comes with numerous perks, including 30 cases of wine. In addition to getting paid to drink in an idyllic setting, the new employee will learn about E-commerce, wine operations, and brand promotion.

To apply for every wine-lover's dream job, submit a short video of yourself describing why you would be a good fit for the position to the application page here (creativity and humor are encouraged). Candidates have until June 30, 2021, to apply for the opportunity of a lifetime.
