The best breakfast items are those you can prepare while still waking up in the morning. That means hard-to-peel fruits like oranges can be hard sells, but it doesn't have to be that way. As this video from Rumble Viral demonstrates, there's a neat trick for peeling an orange in less than 30 seconds.

All it takes are three easy cuts to peel an orange fast. Start by slicing off the top and bottom parts of the fruit. Next, slice it lengthwise until the knife reaches the center of the orange. From there you should be able to easily peel it by hand. Just unfurl the fruit and pick the orange segments out of the peel.

Not only is this method faster than slicing off every bit of peel with a knife, but it's economical as well. By freeing the segments by hand, you don't have to worry about leaving any fruit on the rind to get tossed away.
