There hasn't been a new episode of The Office since 2013, but that's not stopping fans from wanting more new content from the show in any way, shape, or form. That's where Funko comes in: The pop culture-focused toy company has kept the market full of new The Office collectibles for fans to stock up on. And the company's latest addition is a Funko Pop! figurine based on young Michael Scott, which you can pre-order now.

This Pop! comes from season two, episode 14 of The Office, titled “The Carpet.” In it, Michael reminisces with Dwight about when he started at Dunder Mifflin as a salesman and looks back at his regional manager and former boss, Ed Truck. As Michael goes on, the camera cuts away to the front page of a 1993 Dunder Mifflin Staff Newsletter where there’s a photo of Ed shaking young Michael’s hand for receiving the top salesman award. This 29-year-old version of Michael famously sports a mullet, blue fanny pack, and a completely bewildered look, and has since become a meme template.
