Name the Athletes Who Made Sports Illustrated's Cover in Consecutive Weeks

Jeremy Lin is on the cover of Sports Illustrated for the second straight week. This kind of thing doesn't happen often — while one athlete appeared on consecutive covers six times, only nine others were deemed cover-worthy in back-to-back weeks. How many of those athletes can you name in five minutes?

Notes: You could probably count Carmelo Anthony (2003) and Jimmer Fredette (2011), who appeared in group shots or on regional covers the week before being featured solo, but we won't count them here. Last names will suffice. And thanks to Andy Gray at the SI Vault for saving me from going back year-by-year to 1954. Good luck!
