Name the ICAO Alphabet in 3 Minutes

As someone with a hard-to-spell last name, I know the frustration of trying to enunciate letters over the phone. Luckily, the International Civil Aviation Organization doesn't have that problem thanks to their phoenetic alphabet that uses unique words to represent each letter. In place since 1973, the alphabet allows them to clearly spell out letters to all English speakers. You've heard it in military movies (alfa delta niner niner = AD99), now see if you can spell out the entire alphabet in 3 minutes.
